Thanksgiving at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The view from our room was breathtaking and the staff was very friendly. As a surprise, we received complimentary chocolates and wine which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk to The Bund and enjoy the city lights. there was a great restaurant nearby that served delicious food.

The hot water wasn't consistent and we had to waste a lot of water waiting for it to heat up. The hotel is old and could benefit from some updates.

Stunning river view room on the 20th floor, clean and spacious. Despite temporary breakfast arrangement, the hotel staff provided breakfast boxes with a boiled egg, fruit, buns, coffee and tea. Reception and concierge were helpful and the location is excellent. I would recommend this hotel.
